How Much CBD Oil Should I Be Taking?

The key thing is that everyone’s body is slightly different.  However, the general rule of thumb is to start low and slow and gradually build up your dosage over days or weeks until you get the desired result (ex, helping to sleep or relieving pain).

The bottle will have a guide so just start with ½ or ¼ of that dosage then maybe spread it out to ½ or ¼  two times a day. Then gradually increase over time to allow the CBD to get to a steady level in your body.

Remember that you may not always see an immediate result.  Don’t get discouraged if you see others that may see a result sooner.  There are many variables that come into the equation and some may be how much CBD your individual body will need in order to reach the correct level of homeostasis.

If you want to best method to receive CBD Oil make sure that you use a sublingual tincture (high quality).  It will allow you to receive it more quickly. If you take the capsules, or gummies etc you can run into a dosing problem.

The reason is that once it goes through your digestive tract there are more factors that can affect absorption.  These could include things such as acid levels and foods. They may work for some people but if you want to compare taking CBD in pills and gummies vs a sublingual tincture its a no contest.  Sublingual tincture wins everyday and twice on Sunday. Case closed.

Buyer Beware Of CBD Oil – Here Are Some Things To Bare In Mind

Here is where you need to be careful.  I am not trying to scare you away from CBD or the possibilities, however it can be the wild west out there.  There are some products that are subpar, made with subpar ingredients. Additionally, you may not know what other things are in the product nor where they are sourced.

Not all CBD products are created equal.  There are also too many products on the market that are more trendy and gimmicky than anything else.  If you really want to see if CBD will work for you make sure that you know what to look for when buying.

You want to look for products that are both produced in the United States with Hemp grown organically by United States based farmers.  Quality reputable companies will also use independent 3rd party testing verifying the quantities of CBD and other ingredients (e.g. THC) that are part of the product.  The test will be readily available or easily provided to you.

===>HERE IS WHY THE SOURCE OF HEMP FOR CBD OIL IS SO IMPORTANT

Don’t go cheap! Sorry you get what you pay for.  If you buy a cheap quality product you may not even get the level of CBD oil and it may have other filler ingredients.  You also want to verify that the CBD oil was extracted using CO2 (carbon dioxide). It’s more expensive, but far superior to get the best quality CBD.

Also, seek out companies that truly value the health and wellness of the individual and not just producing the next gimmicky product. If you want to see if CBD will work for you it’s to your advantage to get the best quality available otherwise you will be wasting your time and your money.

By the way, it’s not recommended to Vape CBD Oil.  Here is why I wouldn’t.
